New Trainer

Congratulations to Jan who has now qualified as a Trainer.  As a volunteer, the time and dedication given by our Trainers is very much appreciated by those of us at our station in Exmouth.

Remembrance Sunday

NCI Exmouth were privileged to be invited by Exmouth Royal British Legion to participate in the Remembrance Sunday parade together with our Exmouth RNLI, Exmouth Coastguard Rescue Team colleagues and veterans.
This morning 10 Watchkeepers represented NCI Exmouth at the Remembrance Sunday Service. Following the presentation of our banner and the service, our wreath was laid by Station Manager Ivor Jones.  A march past the memorial, which was constructed exactly 100 years ago in 1921 was undertaken.

New Sponsor

Welcome to “Ocean” who are now one of our Sponsors.  We are most grateful for their support and we look forward to working with them.

“Ocean” is situated on Exmouth seafront just opposite our Lookout on Queen’s Drive.  “Ocean” is a wonderful venue for Exmouth providing many events throughout the year together with a bar and restaurant,  ten pin bowling and a great venue for weddings, parties and celebratory events on the second floor with spectacular views along the beach, across Lyme Bay and the River Exe Estuary.

The Proper Fish & Chips Co

We are delighted to welcome Danny Hennesy and his team to our website as one of our web sponsors. Danny had wished to contribute to the cost of the repairs following the recent vandalism of Coastwatch House but, as this had been sorted by our resourceful watchkeepers at little or no cost, he wished to support NCI Exmouth and welcomed the opportunity to become a sponsor. Please go on their website for proper fish and chips in Exmouth and use their excellent click and collect service in the process.

Incident – Kite Surfer Capsize
