Observed unmanned RIB between 12 Buoy and NCI lookout. Telephoned HMCG and Harbour Master to advise. Harbour Master unable to assist. HMCG asked NCI to keep watching brief. Range Safety Boat diverted from watch, took RIB under tow and towed into Exmouth marina.
