NCI observed lone paddle boarder 1 nm, against tide, bearing 150 degrees. Kept under observation and notified CG. Call from CG who advised further calls from the public about paddle boarder. Observation maintained via CCTV until visual lost. Solent CG launched Exmouth ILB.
