HMCG reported a group of 4 adults, 3 children and 5 dogs on sand bank in estuary on incoming tide. NCI confirmed visual on potential casualties via CCTV
HMCG requested continue monitoring situation and report back if assistance required.
2 casualties waded waist deep to shore. Rest of group crossed to shore.2 children returned to collect dog still stranded.
