Ch 65 call from yacht advising they were stuck on wave buoy at Torbay. Exmouth NCI advised skipper to call CG. Exmouth NCI phoned HMCG to advise. Comms on Ch 65 heard yacht in contact with NCI Torbay who also advised yacht to call CG. Phoned NCI Torbay who are observing yacht and also advised CG.
